B2B Returns: We accept returns on unused, unmodified stakes within 14 days of delivery. Because we sell heavy steel hardware with shipping costs built in, returns for buyer's remorse carry a heavy logistical cost.
Restocking Fees: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover initial outbound freight. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective Goods: If your stakes arrive damaged or with structural weld failures, email TM@TrilogyCreative.com within 7 days with photo evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund for the affected items immediately at no cost to you.
