HORIZONTAL FLUTES - are best for mounting between posts.
VERTICAL FLUTES - are best for mounting to a fence or wall so you don't see the holes of the flutes. (similar to the close up grommet picture that says COM)
NO GROMMETS or WITH GROMMETS IN ALL 4 CORNERS OF EACH 36 x 46 PIECE (8 GROMMETS TOTAL) - Grommets also work well when mounting signs to a wall or posts. The grommet prevents the screw and washer from indenting the coroplast.
Free Set Up - Upload your art or art instructions. Proof will be emailed.
If you or your team set up the files - For bleed add .5" all the way around. You would upload a 73" x 47" file. Sign will be trimmed to (2) 36" x 46" pieces. If you plan on moving your signs around, keeping a white border around the perimeter of the sign will prevent ink from chipping at the edge of frequently handled signs.
10mm Coroplast is a THICKER .4" thick HEAVY DUTY version of common yard signs, direct printed to the surface of the sign.
Screws and fender washers work best when mounting coroplast signs to posts or walls.
Black UV tie wraps or zip ties work well when mounting coroplast signs with grommets to fences.
10mm Coroplast is great for: MODEL HOME SIGNS and LAND FOR SALE SIGNS.
HOW TO INSTALL 10MM COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SIGNS-
TOOLS NEEDED: Post hole diggers, shovel, screw gun, level.
10MM Commercial real estate signs can be installed with 8' or 10' posts. 2 x 4's can work, but 4 x 4's work best.
CALL 811 Before you dig, it's easy and usually takes 2 business days to clear or mark an area. Anyone can use it.
Lay posts on the ground, then fasten signs to the posts using fender washers and wood, sheetrock or sheet metal screws.
1 screw per foot or foot and a half.
Dig holes approxiately 20" deep at the base of the posts.
Stand sign up and slide base into the holes.
Add about 8" - 10" of dirt.
Adjust posts front and back / left and right by tamping handle end of shovel around posts to pack dirt.
If one side is too low, slowly lift that side up in the hole so dirt caves in under the post while tamping.
Add rest of dirt and tamp around posts vigorously.
